Guilford Dental Arts participates with Delta Dental. We can help submit and track claims, including claims for other dental insurance plans.
Coverage varies by plan. You remain responsible for any fees your insurance does not pay.

We work with Cherry Finance for monthly payments.
Financing is subject to lender approval and terms. Arrange monthly payments with the office before any procedures.
How and when to pay.
We accept cash, check, Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Discover. Payment is due at the time of service.

Insurance, billing and appointment questions
What if I do not have dental insurance?
You can pay directly with cash, check or an accepted credit card. Third-party financing is another option, subject to lender approval and terms.
What if my insurance plan changes?
Let our office know when your dental insurance plan changes so your claims use current information.
What if my statement is missing an insurance payment?
An insurance response can take four to six weeks. If your monthly statement does not show your insurer’s payment after that time, call 203-453-4344.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Please notify the office at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
