Your Health and Safety Always Rank #1 with Us.

Our practice is going to great lengths to promote safe conditions for our patients and staff. You’ll notice a few differences when you visit, but the care you receive won’t be one of them. Here are a few things you’ll see:
We will use no-touch mobile communications such as text, email and phone.
We will ask you to wait in your car and text us upon arrival. You will receive a text/call when we are ready to have you enter the office.
Pre-visit COVID-19 screening over the phone will be mandatory prior to your scheduled appointment and repeated prior to entry into the office.
Due to limited waiting room functionality, visitors must wait in the car.
Hand sanitizer is readily available, and you will be escorted to sanitize your hands upon entry.
Masks are to be worn upon entry and in all non-treatment areas of the office.
Temperature checks help us screen everyone prior to entry.
We’re using the latest Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to keep you safe (N95 masks, face shields, gowns).
All patients will pre-rinse with antiseptic mouth rinses once they enter the treatment room.
There are also a few things behind the scenes that might not stand out. Just a few include:
We are a small, state-of-the-art dental office; we treat a lesser volume of patients, therefore, less exposure risk for everyone.
We have altered the frequency and timing of patient visits.
We are following social distancing protocols whenever possible.
We have upgraded air purification systems, along with an air exchanger.
We have equipped all treatment rooms with Continuous High Volume Evacuation suctions to significantly reduce aerosols (state-of-the-art technology).
Heightened cleaning and disinfection of public spaces.
Continued strict sterilization procedures.

Board Certified Prosthodontist
Dr. Amy Lomartire

“Dentistry is a form of artistic expression as much as it is a product of evidence-based treatment modalities. It is amazing how a dental procedure can not only transform someone’s mouth, but also their entire being.”

I am lucky to be in a profession that provides a product that transcends its intended form and function. A person’s smile is a key element of facial beauty. I strive to enhance and complement a patient’s appearance through their smile, taking into account facial proportions and matching one’s smile to his or her personality. There is nothing more rewarding than the change in self-esteem that accompanies a cosmetic rehabilitation.

Why See a Prosthodontist?

What’s a Prosthodontist?

A prosthodontist specializes in treating and handling dental problems that involve restoring a missing tooth or teeth. A prosthodontist is highly trained in cosmetics, dental implants, crowns, bridges, dentures, and more.

What Makes a Prosthodontist Different?

The term “prostho” means replacement and “dontist” means dealing with teeth. Essentially, prosthodontists are THE recognized experts when anything needs to be replaced in your mouth. This can range from a single tooth, multiple teeth, or all teeth and gums in the mouth. While many other dentists can do some of these treatments, prosthodontists are the specialists dedicated to this type of care.
